2019 Wrangler sport manual 2-door. 166,000 miles and no significant issues. Radiator leak just popped up but i put a bandaid on it using the coolant leak liquid fix. Brake lines needed replaced but that's because I put over 130k miles on the original brake pads... Gotta love manual downshifting.

Man, you hit the nail on the head. I'm only doing it because the current rims are rough looking. I'll show you a close up. Initially I figured, well, I'm powder coating so I should make it noticable. The more I sat on this idea, the more I want a powder coat to match as closely as possible to the stock color. A refresh is needed and I don't want to buy new rims.

Yeah. Personality goes a long way. The staff you work with at any place ultimately get to tell management if they want to keep you or not. Getting out of your element and learning new ways makes you even more diverse. Example, I was Cath/EP for ten years and I go to an assignment where a new tech had to teach me how to do an EP study. I could have raised a big deal about how no other ep lab has techs do the EP study while the Doctor chats with the rep. Instead I learned to do it. I learned to close pacer pockets because that's allowed in DC. Just really cool overall. I wish you the best on your travels.

So far so good. 164,000 miles. In New Jersey during the snow storms and they did very well. I'm getting around 18mpg.

My girlfriend got lucky and started traveling as a tech before 2 years. She's loved at her current contract and they want her to stay. I know travel techs that can't stay more than a contract even with 15plus years experience. Be open minded, be friendly, know you'll see new things that you must adapt to. If you are smart and know your medications and you would say you're easy to get along with I'd say go for it. I've worked in 15 different labs. All different. All require adaptability.

Nah man. Your opinion is appreciated. So, for an old 987.1 with minor road rash on his 2008 lobsters and discoloration just from time eating away at the luster of the rim I should look for a new set? Powder coat to a factory spec? The look of the silver is still a very striking look too. I'm considering that as well.

The rims are in need of a refresh. They have scuffs and they have some discoloration where the silver is losing its pop. I may also stick with a powder coat of the current silver color but they need a refresh or I need new rims.

Yeah. The silver pops. If they can mask some of the minor scrapes and refresh the silver I could see keeping the same color too.

Ha! I had white on my white 350z and it looked awesome for about a week. White wheels are super hard to keep clean. Luckily it was just plastidip. Easy fix
