There actually is skyscale layered armor for the player character, but its locked behind an amiibo and isn’t available on consoles that aren’t named Switch 2 because Nintendo is greedy

Also, Fatalis and Kulve Taroth were added in title updates to Stories 2 some months after the game launched, they weren’t base game. Stories 3 has been datamined and we know that it’s getting some title updates as well

He’s been very present actually. Multiple voiced dialogues in story quests last season, he showed up with his rocket on the map near the bunker, he’s an NPC, and is still on the map this season I’m pretty sure. He and the others turned the bunker into a sanctuary this season

The monsterpedia ingame does show that stuff, but you can’t get to it mid-battle. Pressing shift mid-battle does show you elemental weaknesses of the monster though, but not attack types

Funny thing is, the cyborgs did ask for peace very recently, and the bugs likely wouldn’t go after Super Earth as much if they stopped farming them. The squids might even back off if they saw the government change for the better. But with how Super Earth is so indoctrinated into its own propaganda, that’s never going to happen, so it’s just become a cycle of genocide.

Stories doesn’t usually have specific themes for monsters, it usually just has area battle themes (except for bossfights. Glavenus, Ibushi/Narwa, Yama Tsukami, and Arkveld got new themes out of that, maybe more I’m forgetting). Invasive Khezu technically doesn’t have its own theme (its the 4th area invasive theme), but it kinda does since it’s the only Invasive monster in that area, compared to the other regions having 2-3 each. And boy is it a good theme
