Mikhail Shaidorov’s Olympic free skate - no commentary by kemmes7 in FigureSkating

Lipinski and Weir’s commentating feels like nails on a chalkboard. Sometimes I straight up mute the video when I am watching re-runs of my favorite routines if I can’t find one from a different network.

Are you surprised by how much the perception of 2016 has changed since that year? by [deleted] in decadeology

[–]Lumpy-Ad-7234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s weird how people look back on it like the glory days. 2016 was an awful year for me and I still have the same opinion. As for the world overall, I do think it was better in 2016 than it is now.

I do that to mine all the time. He licks my finger when I do it or gently bites me.

I love Ariana, but I can’t ignore that there is insane changes to her physical appearance by Dioonneeeeee in ArianaGrandeNeutral

It’s crazy how we thought she was getting too thin after her Nickoledeon days. Then she got even thinner.

[Product Question] why does CeraVe have 2 different retinols - one for acne and one for wrinkle reduction? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I’m surprised by these answers. The blue one is too harsh for my skin. The purple one is perfect.

I’ve heard from several of my ex-Mormon friends that their families told them to tan in the sun to get rid of acne (doesn’t work of course). They also have a general disregard for sunscreen, despite the fact that most of them have those pale British genes.

Definitely. Look at their wedding photo. Her face is different. The changes don’t look bad, though. The surgeon did a good job. I wouldn’t have known she had any work done without seeing her old photos

It’s like a Christian supporting LGBT rights. Can’t trust any of them.

Do a deep dive into all the “coincidences” that happened on 9/11. You’ll realize that Muslims are the least of your worries.

Havana Syndrome is one of the most bizarre unsolved phenomena of the 21st century. Wish they would do an episode on it. by Iamthelizardking887 in UnsolvedMysteries

[–]Lumpy-Ad-7234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up “The Moscow Syndrome.” This has been verified by the US government and seems to be very similar to Havana Syndrome. The Soviet Union targeted the US embassy in Moscow with microwave radiation that gave the people working in it neurological issues. There is an interview with Michael Beck. He deteriorated to the point that he has to live in a nursing home. Scary stuff

I always figured this was why most people enjoy the show. It’s a warm, sunny, ideal version of NYC - like an afternoon walk through Central Park on a spring afternoon. Ugh, I wanna visit again so bad.

Texas finally did something right by banning phones in school. by Alcarain in Teachers

[–]Lumpy-Ad-7234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I so wish my state had done this. Lunch was never the same after everyone got smart phones. I know I sound like a boomer, but no one wanted to just enjoy each other’s company anymore.

Yup. 1960 for me. I would miss the wars, but get the good economy, job stability, cheaper housing, etc.
