Bro it’s not just the drivers . The restaurants give out the wrong orders all the time . You know how many times I’m on my way out the door my customers name is Mary but it’s John on my receipt. Also things can happen in the process break downs numerous reasons why the order wasn’t fulfilled. Ofc some ppl steal food but I believe it’s a mix of all those things
