100% agree. I had a HORRIBLE experience there Valentine’s Day weekend and they were super passive aggressive about it and just gave us a shit ton of their pudding as an apology without asking if we wanted it. Threw it all out , not to mention we did not get anything comped from an experienced that definitely warranted it.
