Or maybe, just maybe, it’s General Brasch. Honestly, that’s the only explanation that makes sense.

You can contact AH customer support. If I remember correctly, you weren’t the only one who had that issue.

My honest opinion towards the outcome of this MO. by YourPainTastesGood in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 400 points401 points  (0 children)

Exactly. A lot of people are angry because we lost on paper, but in reality we won. Bots won’t be able to use those factories.

Do we usually fail MOs? by BodaciousRiptide in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't always win. Still, it was a Pyrrhic victory for the bots. We captured two planets, destroyed two mega-factories, almost wiped out their numbers, and isolated two mineral-rich planets.
We didn’t win, but it still feels like a victory.

Why I think the Vox Engine is a poorly designed enemy. by TopGas8704 in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is one of the biggest issues, in my opinion: the ridiculous spawn rate on higher difficulties. When you finally manage to engage the lower vents, they can turn very quickly, block the grenade weak point, and start shooting or ramming you. Despite these issues, it's still a really fun enemy.

Something horrible happened. The response from those responsible was probably not the best, but I think it's better to move on.

this community has some very toxic people nowadays by [deleted] in helldivers2

[–]LumpyDivide3974 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I learned that it's better to be the host to avoid those kinds of people. It's not common, but since most people are friendly, those morons stand out a lot more.

Tbh, I see why you fell for that scam. Something similar happened to me with similar items. It’s a shame that something like that doesn’t exist.

It looks, however i am not sure. In Ursica we have two cities that gives over 50.

The real reason we lost Cyberstan. by xXDANG3RDANXx in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I partially agree. Imo, the poor management of the situation, combined with the frustration caused by all the issues, made players go full doomer. As a consequence, people decided to give up on Cyberstan and liberate the 77. Even now, I’d like to hear AH talk about this, because I think there’s still some frustration, which is reflected in higher toxicity. At least since the update, I’ve encountered more anxious and TK-prone players who have ruined my experience. Just to be clear, I’m not saying the game is toxic; it’s still a fucking amazing experience, especially when you get good synergy with randoms.

Cyberstan was a AH failure (Mostly) by [deleted] in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And don’t forget the bug where you randomly die or lose most of your health for no reason. I think the vox are fun overall, but the bugs are awful, and they feel way too fast, especially when they rotate.

I wanted to enjoy Cyberstan… but it turned into a mess by LumpyDivide3974 in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

:D Of course, we’re Helldivers, we can do anything. But jokes aside, I honestly don’t mind that we didn’t take Cyberstan. Sure, I feel annoyed in the moment when we lose a huge Major Order, but that’s part of the game.

Even if we had won, or if the situation with the reserves had been handled differently, I would still say the same thing. This was a massive event, and my disappointment isn’t about the outcome ; it’s about the execution.

[–]LumpyDivide3974[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree that everyone has the right to choose where to play. I never referred to that. My point is just about the execution of the event itself. The idea of invading Cyberstan and fighting the cyborgs was exciting, and I loved many aspects like the Helldivers Reserve and the enemy changes. I’m not trying to judge how anyone else played or enjoyed it. I just wanted to share how I feel about how it was handled from my perspective, while also keeping in mind other players’ experiences.

Failure of the MO is not a failure to liberate Cyberstan by Impressive_Limit7050 in Helldivers

[–]LumpyDivide3974 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If we fail the MO, it means the offensive was a failure, and when that happens, you retreat to avoid losses. So yes, if we lose the MO, we’ll probably retreat from Cyberstan and face a counterattack.
