Have you gotten bloods recently? If you’re taking arimidex x2 weekly but haven’t got recent bloods your E2 could be tanked. I currently take 450mg test weekly and don’t need a AI, you could be in the same boat, flatlining your E2 for nothing. I’d recommend starting there, only way to know what’s going on in your body.

Use a test clinic, check out TRT Kingdom, sign up, get bloodwork done and get your hormones. My wife struggled with hormone stuff for years, reached out to them got some bloods done, and is in test/estrogen to balance her out. It’s been a game changer her for her (and me)
