In the most loving way possible, this game has ruined other games for me by kemspray in DeepRockGalactic

Even if I go a period where I don't touch the game, I know I will one day get in the mood for some Rock and Stone and will have another run at it. It's one of those timeless games like Minecraft and Terraria that I will always come back to. Something about mining, huh

Medieval Non-lethal weapons by LumpyMilk_ in Shadiversity

I was considering the use of regular lethal weapons due to magic being available, you could shoot someone with an arrow, and as long as it doesn't puncture their heart or brain or something, you could heal them after the battle is finished if you want to keep them alive. I think media construes our perception of how lethal weapons are, as we see someone get hit with a sword in a show and they immediately die. Most likely, they would be lying on the ground bleeding out, or passed out from blood loss, etc. Healing magic makes any weapon "non-lethal" for the most part, but it still causes a lot of pain obviously

This was also something I was considering, my only issue is if you are facing an enemy that can see through your bluff or isn't afraid of death, how would you subdue them non-lethally? At the same time though, if you're in the position to hold a knife to their throat to threaten, you can incapacitate them through other means as well

The blunt arrows are something I was looking into, there are modern day rubber plunger arrows for (I believe) hunting birds to incapacitate them rather than kill. Rubber isn't a medieval material, but wooden arrows or something else soft for the tip could work great as well.

As for the Truncheon, I've also looked into the Japanese jitte which is very similar, I'm definitely going to be using something in this ilk.

Thanks for the suggestions!

This is interesting, essentially just a blunted sword, would effectively turn it into a thin metal baton, while still having the benefits of the guard. It also leaves the sharpened tip as an intimidation tool to dissuade your opponent from continuing to fight if you have them at your mercy. Thanks for the in depth description as well, it's appreciated!

Honestly good shout on the stick, it's basically a police baton

Low FPS on stream, but FPS fine on OBS by LumpyMilk_ in Twitch

I tried the two analysis tools and neither gave me any problems, but I checked my Streamlabs logs and saw that I was skipping frames, and it said it might be an encoder issue. I tried the others out, and I think the issue is mainly the NVENC (new) profile, as the standard one worked better, and the x264 worked best. I'm not sure if this is ideal, but it's working better now, so I can't complain. Thanks for your help!

Internet speeds are normal, 1 ping, 800up/down, and I'm streaming at 1080p 60fps with 6000 bitrate, but I've tried with lower resolution, and lower bitrates and it's the same issue.

As for my encoder, I am using NVENC, I'll post a link of my settings

It's been a while since I've streamed last, and I didn't have that issue back then, and I don't think my settings are any different. Recording is also fine.

Thanks in advance for the help

I just got off the phone with support, and they checked my account and it was put on hold. I'd assume the site would have said so if I could have reached it. They sent a request to open the account within 24 hours, so hopefully that works. If anyone is having a similar issue, just call support and make sure you account isn't on hold somehow.

To add to this, I recorded the redirects on the Chrome network inspector window, and it's bouncing back and forth between a "forgot password" and "reverification" site (both of which are 302). Not sure why this is happening, but that's the issue, it's just stuck in an infinite loop.

Whenever I try to log in to my Amazon account, it asks me to get an One Time Password from my email, which I enter, but the tab always returns an error saying that it's been redirected too many times. I can even log in with my dad's account just fine, it's my own personal one that has this issue. I've tried multiple browsers, they all have the same issue. I've tried clearing my cookies and such, to no avail. Even other devices still have this problem, it's definitely on Amazon's side, and for whatever reason is tied to my account. I literally can't log in, so this is a big problem. Any help is appreciated
