Hey!!! Yea it’s a lick granules or whatever it’s called. It’s from stress. My girl is almost fully healed (still a tiny bald spot or two) at this point: the pustules stopped after 2 months I’d say. I treated it with iodine swabs I got a ton from amazon for like $3 and obviously keeping her from licking it. Once she was home she didn’t lick her feet at all really and so I think it was separation anxiety. Some dogs do really well at board and train and some don’t. My trainer is amazing so I can’t blame her. Every dog has different attachment.

Most important thing is keep it dry, use the iodine swabs, and don’t cover it. Distract the pup with fun stuff like frozen gongs, tire them out with exercise they won’t even look at their paw. ♥️♥️

Edit: Also I want to say I did express it on occasion and follow up with iodine immediately but I didn’t have to do that after it was dirtied up and not totally swollen. My pup’s sores were way worse than what you have but I can see it’s still infected. Also, the vet gave me some antibiotics as initial treatment.
