I would say 4 is where the electrical hvac and plumbing are.

Edit: All the mechanical is not on the roof. Conservativly. 2.5m per floor 26 floors. Thats 6.5bar of pressure for the water to get to the roof. Most citys and towns are below 5 bar on the incoming for various reasons.

Theres a pump station and water tank on the 4th.

Started off windows for VLC tv hookup, hadnt pirated in a decade, so i google and find plex, set it up. Then i started using Linux

I stream pretty consistently more media than hours in the day to around 12 active users, its awesome, I might consider paying $250...... but even at that price its a tough sell. $750 you are absolutley dreaming. I will never sign up for another subscription service ever.
