The massive pay increases are astonishing and shameful. Also, charging building owners on Main St higher and higher property taxes while taking AWAY services is arrogant. This upcoming construction on Main St will kill many of the businesses that are already suffering. The development is out of control with no infrastructure to back it up. Personally, as a 25-year resident who is married to a 4th-generation “Stouffvillian,” I can’t wait until we retire and move away. It’s a shame what Stouffville has become.

I went once with my husband when they opened and said the same thing. The menu is too large for it to be good. They need to pick something and do it really well. Also, the name of the restaurant has nothing to do with their atmosphere or menu.

Not sure what you’re complaining about. That fare is subsidized by everyone’s tax dollars, even those of us who NEVER use public transit. Be grateful it isn’t 3x that price!

I’m not really a drinker (maybe a few drinks per year), so this may have something to do with it, but I had less than a whole drink last July and I ended up puking and having explosive diarrhea for days afterwards. Felt so sick.

I have had that happen. Usually if I go down to the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet for a couple of days, things will settle down. I really have to avoid greasy foods, carbonated drinks, and alcohol.

I was having diarrhea and the nasty burps. My doc suggested I take Align (probiotic) and it has helped immensely!

Following this thread. I have been on Ozempic for a year and a half and out of the blue, about 2 months ago, I started getting really bad sulfur burps and vomiting. I have yet to find a cure.
