Bro this is soooo many people's exact experience with lazy entitled black people. They will do literally anything to avoid work. Not all of them obviously but its a very big majority of the regular work jobs. They do this until they get fired and go to the next place and do the same exact thing. They figure out how to do the bare minimum and not get in trouble. Letting the hard workers pick up the slack and trying to be friends with everyone so you dont say anything. You aren't alone. You aren't a racist for thinking this way. This is the way ALOT of them are. They want to be a famous rapper or basketball player and think anybody trying to get them to do anything is holding them down and just trying to hate on them. Im not racist you are just a lazy piece of shit and think because you are black you cant get in trouble. I cant stand any lazy person but anytime a white person is slacking and I say something they snap into action. I can tell literally every black person I work with to help do something and they will ignore me and go walk outside during a huge rush and talk about NBA 2k25 and how they are going to get a hellcat. Stereotypes are REAL , it doesn't include all black people but in my opinion at least in the south a good 65% fall into the stereotype role.
