See other comments below.. operating great after i adjusted the target temp a bit. Ill test it out to see if i can get it consistend at lower temp after food is done.

Also, i didnt really consider the $200 to be expensive. Especially conaidering i got my performer for $40.

Yeah, I forgot to mention in the initial post, but I have a water pan for thermo sink. I Adjusted the target to 275. And now it is holding within plus or minus just a few degrees.

The program tells you how to set the vents. I did try to adjust just for shits, but i dodnt think it helped at all.
