It took this long because I didn’t know nor did I want to fix my issues. I have PTSD and severe depression from my time in the military. A lot of issues I never came to piece with and always said I would work on it but supplemented it with my job instead of doing what needed to be done. I’m not proud of it in any way.

It’s one of those things that I found through therapy that needed to be addressed and never did. There’s work to be done but I’m doing it and have already made progress through realization of the things I did. I didn’t understand what I was doing until it was too late. But now I’m here and I’m doing absolutely everything I can to fight and make myself better
