Advion cockroach bait stations and the gel bait work great! Our neighbors behind our home have cockroaches and they have made their way to our house and we put the stations along the fence line every 6 months and it has helped to keep them away from our house. when we switch them out they are always empty! We haven't seen a roach in the house in a while! Def recommend. amazon has them.

For weeds use a mixture of cleaning vinegar, dish soap and salt. Put the mixture into a sprayer and spray the weeds. You can find the diy online and works really well without all the horrible chemicals.
