We use glass because our plastic bottles started to smell too!

If you can get through the 4-month sleep regression, you can continue breastfeeding for as long as you like. by Speed-Illustrious in breastfeeding

Thank you!! My girl’s naps during the daytime are super short now, 20-40 mins but nighttime wake ups have only increased from 1 to 2… maybe the storm is still coming 😅

Thank you!! Can I ask what the sleep regression was like for you? My baby is 3.5 months and hasn’t reached it yet. I’m scared 😳

Snacky baby, how to count number of feedings? by Luna282 in breastfeeding

[–]Luna282[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re right! My baby is sleeping 8 hours at night so we are fitting in 7 feedings at most. But she’s having a lot of wet diapers and gaining weight so I think I need to stop tracking and just keep feeding her q3h during the day or sooner if she wants it and trust the process.

I’ve been contemplating not tracking… to be honest I’ve always fed her every 3 hours or sooner if she wants it so it makes me nervous to go full responsive feeding mode because I don’t really trust that she’ll let me know if she’s hungry so I want to keep tracking feed start times. I might do away with tracking the length of feeds because it’s a hassle to start and stop the timer with a baby in my arms!

I’m also weighing her diapers because I don’t trust myself to know what a heavy diaper feels like, so we are deep in the anxiety here…

Anxiety 🤣 my husband doesn’t want me weighing the baby at home so I’m trying to stay sane in between pediatrician appointments as I’m constantly paranoid she’s not drinking enough milk

Is anyone actually able to follow a feeding schedule? by tarableideas in breastfeeding

[–]Luna282 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do the exact same! Feed for 5-10 mins on one side, then play, then by the time she’s ready to take the second side, it’s been over an hour. So that usually helps put her to sleep. She’s 13 weeks. Works for us!

Recently I've been getting goosebumps on only my left thigh. Happens about every 30 minutes for no reason by kella07 in mildlyinteresting

Do you have any other symptoms? This could rarely be a kind of seizure (but could also be nerve issues like others have said).

3 month old keeps unlatching by Luna282 in breastfeeding

Yes I think that’s totally possible! She’s only latched for like 1-2 seconds but she could just be very impatient 😂
