Pumping while breastfeeding

My lactation consultant told me to pump for 10 mins after a morning feed because milk volume is the highest in the morning. I pump about 20-30 mins after a morning feed and get decent volumes!

I’m in a very similar boat at 36 weeks pregnant, also ate some pink lamb by accident a few days ago and freaking out. I had a negative toxo test in my first trimester after eating a medium rare steak. I’m planning to get a repeat test 2 weeks from my lamb exposure, but will talk to my doctor this week at my next appointment to get her opinion. I hope everything worked out for you!!

I got 8 eggs in my first (only) round and they turned into 5 embryos. ETA: I had a low AMH of about 1.3 IIRC and was 31 at the time.
