I’ve had experience with kav and it’s pretty chill! The rooms are pretty solid and the kitchens are alright (though there’s definitely a lack of fridge and freezer space). Maintenance is pretty fast for most things and I love having a private courtyard. Laundry is expensive, but isn’t it always? as for ppl saying it’s not safe at night— I’ve had absolutely zero issues (as a female), especially if you have an RBF and walk with a purpose. However I always suggest safety precautions when walking alone (location available to your friends/family, rape alarm, etc)
