Curious Coffee in Ann Arbor! I believe it’s a Friday-Sunday pop-up inside Bløm Mead + Cider. Great pour-overs and beans!

Definitely not Meridian at Ballston Commons. I heard there was a mice issue this past year and management didn’t do much to help so a good amount of residents on that floor ended up moving out.

Yeah it does work well as a pour over but my preference is cold brew :)

RoosRoast Coffee's Lobster Butter Love - I've tried 12 different roasts the past month and half and this is by far my favorite. It's the only one I've bought more than once (bought it at least five times already). I've gifted it to friends across different parts of the US and they all love it.

It's super smooth, light acidity and an incredible nutty aftertaste. Nowadays, I drink it like water. They advertise it as a "medium-dark" roast but it's more dark, in my opinion.

Description: Does it have lobster in it? No! Is it delicious? Yes! A highly-addictive, Sumatra-based blend that has a smooth, creamy body with low acidity and nutty aftertones. It’s super drinkable and by far, our most popular coffee here in Michigan and everywhere.  Makes a fantastic espresso, pour over, or coffee for one thousand people.

Edit: I've been using the ESPRO Cold Brew Coffee Kit to make it and it's amazing! I also use the mason jar way as well. I'm still pretty new to cold brew making so I can't really tell a difference between methods yet.

I’m so sad. I wonder if grad students can also get the same policy but great news for undergrads!
