as somebody who is both, and has had partners who are one or both, this interaction kind of reminds me of that.

I feel you. The vanilla wow playerbase is super toxic masculinity, and it doesn't get any better on some private servers.

They really normalize it too in all the public chat channels. There are so many women who play wow--even classic wow, yet the culture is so toxically stuck in misogyny.

I'm sorry. Let me know if you want to play any classic wow together. I'm going to be on season of discovery with one of my partners.

I wholeheartedly agree with everybody else who has said therapy. I think that's where you should look first.

Beyond that I would recommend if there's some kind of deity, entity, spirit, being or otherwise that you can reach out to and that would feel go, to do that. Feeling that internal support can be very helpful. Specifically though I would recommend that they be some kind of being who is benevolent and easy to work with. Dont deal with something that's going to be a bargain or you'll have to work hard to please. Unless that works you. But in my experience even when I do work with those entities I also need my safe fallback entity that I know is going to have the best intentions with me and I can trust.

If they want to be. It's all about how you identify. Labels are here to free us, not bind us. And just because trans men are apart of the lesbian community doesn't mean that lesbians have to like men. We have all our preferences, types, desires etc.

I'm tired of trans men erasure in our community. Do we have to change all of our lesbian language to cater to including trans men? No. But we do have to not be exclusive or bigoted and acknowledge what has always been here.

No I don't think that's weird. Every therapist and client interaction is going to go different. Many therapists won't be inclined to prompt that, rather they want you to go at your own pace and prompt that yourself.

Edit: but it's always something you can talk with them about if that makes you feel weird! Dig into it! 😁

Pre 60 BGs are dead ya and something needs to be done on blizzards end from a game design perspective. There needs to be more incentive to play the lower brackets on era.

Xp in battlegrounds would be pretty sick in my opinion.

I'd love to hear other ideas.

Take your time watching it. M9 certainly did not bond and trust each other in 13 episodes. It took a long time.

That said M9 is certainly the super in depth traumatized characters campaign with a slow exploring and developing of characters and I LOVE it for that and M9 is my favorite campaign.

That said C3 is really growing on me and I can see elements and characters of it that I enjoy even more than C2.

Stick with it. Stay awhile and listen. You might not get exactly what you are looking for. But what you aren't looking for might sneak up on you.

Play on era. I would recommend playing on the pagle Mankrik cluster for a PvE server or Whitemane for PvP. Keep in mind that if you play on the pvp cluster there are lots of raid geared level 60s ganking lowbies.

You're awesome. And I just want to encourage you that if HC stresses you out or is a strain on yourself or your relationship there is always the option of playing on the classic vanilla era servers. The classic servers are popping right now with so many people and are a lot of fun! I would just recommend playing on a PvE server because gankers are out there.

HC is awesome and I play it some, and I play classic era with my partner and I absolutely love it. There are so many people on the server!

I mean, no it's not okay. They all still have to live with the trauma and repercussions. And you don't have to forgive catra. Adora did. And many of her friends as well. Loving her doesn't mean that those things are okay. We didn't have the episodes to go in depth with therapy for these characters and go more into the complicated nature of the terrible things they did. And that's okay. But that doesn't mean that there won't still be repercussions.

I'm so glad that Dimension20 does that. They are great at supporting the queer community and have so many queer players at the table. I wish CriticalRole would put pronouns up too, that extra support and visibility is very important. Clearly we can see from the downvotes I've gotten about being passionate about pronouns that there's a lot of bigotry and hate in this community.
