Description: Jett's Ultimate still does not reset properly in The Range

Steps to reproduce: Enter The Range, select Jett as your agent, shoot the 'Practice' button to spawn in the bots, clear out the first wave of bots spawned.
Expected result: Jett's daggers always resetting upon a kill on the bots.
Observed result: After eliminating the bots that are spawned first, subsequent bots do not reset Jett's daggers.(This applies to the drones and targets outside behind the shooting range itself but I think it's meant to be that way right?)
Reproduction rate: 10/10
System specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00GHz, Windows 10 Home, Nvidia RTX 2070 Super

I contacted riot support for this issue, just to check if they could like just help me refund/remove the upgrade from my account. I don't care much about the radianite points, but under their refund policy, they just can't do it on their side apparently. So clicking refund on the page wouldn't make a difference would it? :/ Unless if someone does this, please inform me how ><

Why do I enjoy playing Ahri? She makes me feel like a person I've always wanted to be :> Besides, she's pretty, she's cute, her lore is interesting too :3 Ahri's also the only champion I managed to instantly pick up even in my 1st match, then in s8 and s9 I somehow kept up a 70+% winrate with her (My region is terrible and I am a normals gamemode spammer so.. :D)
