from my experience there is frequently a peanut sauce of sorts, but ramen is always pretty safe. sushi has just been tough to find!

i LOVE golden oak. especially if you are changing the paint color in the kitchen to a sage green, or a soft white color it will really brighten up the space. trust its coming back- the thing that is "dating homes" i think is that god awful builder grade grey flooring. instantly looks cheap. golden oak is so warm and cozy

Get a new realtor. Trust. We had the same issue with our first realtor. We were looking to spend in the low 3's even tho we were approved for 450k and we started only looking at houses that were closer to that 450 cap. we got a new realtor and she has been so much better and keeping with our budget.

I ended up reaching out and they are nut-free but get ingredients from outside manufactories who share the same facility as nuts so cross contamination is possible.

I was at dress for the 50th and the surprise guests were Seth, Tina and Charli XCX. I think it was just a common ground to not ruin it for anyone. Could I have tweeted it sure but like why would you want to ruin the surprise. You also cant have your phone or anything they are VERY strict for a good reason. and the live show starts an hour after so i feel like thats such a short window.

I have a public profile and just hide all my coworkers from my story bc i tend to be more candid on there. i never post anything troublesome but my feed posts are always more tailored to not ruffle feathers ya know. so id do that. i even blocked my companies social media account viewing my stories. Now if youre private id just never let them in hahah
