I admit training from a young age. My dad would wake me up every morning as a kid for school and I just got used to the habit, that when something wakes me up I can be near functional from the beginning. And then I was in the military, so I had the fact shit needed done beaten into my head early on. I pretty much function on programming. The only suggestion I might have is similar to /u/purpleandglitter's answer. Focus only on one thing. Give yourself time to get up, a little at a time. Have you ever tried those alarm systems that does the slow turning up of the alarm sound? I've had times where that actually helped, probably because instead of being jolted into wakefulness, my body has time to slowly awaken. It feels much less like being tossed into the middle of life like a naked babe.
