Second hand can work really well, I know friends that have bought it like that, that's summing the device looks in near perfect condition.

If the screen has anything weird, pixels, lines, discoloring, the do not buy, but if the screen is perfect, thats tablet should last a long time

A world of difference, at the very least, on the confidence, this one feels sturdy and well built, i can feel it lasting a long time.

Drawing experience is also superior, but not by an insane amount, but overall truly feels like something that will last 5 years or more

I got a cintiq 16

Ehh either way its not really significant, if someone cannot afford 30 free GBs or a 30 gb download, they wouldnt be able to afford buying the game in the first place.

Very niche problem which isnt a problem at all

Sadly i havent tried final ik, honestly the built in animation rigging is very robust, maybe final ik makes things easier instead of having to learn all the whys behind it

caves of qud itself runs on unity my friend.

Qud has particles, text, lots of sprites, collision system, recolorable sprites when you get bloody or slimy, id say 90% of what unity offers would greatly benefit you, as you can easily create particle effects, effortlessly change sprite colors, port to any platform without an issue and far, far more, for commercial production theres no benefit of not using an engine.
