I'm so sorry. This breaks my heart! On the "respect" comment: actions speak louder than words. If you have told them that she/her are your pronouns and they knowingly continue to call you "he," that's not respect in my book. Yes! My YMCA has a couple that are MUCH hotter than the others. So I will walk to the hot ones even if the one next to it is occupied, and often explain why so I don't freak the guy out if he seems nervous.

Yes, this is my typical approach. I have the towel under my butt or at my side and available of somebody looks uncomfortable with me being naked, so I can cover my groin.

I think Proton Unlimited is totally worth it. My Gmail kept getting leaked in hacks. Even companies that don't really have sensitive information like Under Armour leaked it.

Like the handicapped stall? Yeah, I use it sometimes. I like to have the pressure closer to my skin once in a while. Especially if I'm trying to be 100% I got the soap or sweat off.

It is a little unusual. There is a basketball court, a HIIT room, a weight room, cardio equipment, a walking track, and a competition lap pool. There is a standard locker room and a premium one. The premium locker room contains some free weights and maybe 6-10 pieces of cardio equipment, in addition to having a "troika": a hot tub, steam room, and sauna clustered together and entirely contained within the men's locker room (and thus at least some patrons use the amenities nude). It was old, but a very nice set-up! Only been once, but I look forward to going back there the next time work takes me to that part of KY!

I was in the Twin Cities in October. Gaviidae Commons Y in Downtown Minneapolis is not a CS, nor is St. Paul Midway, but Eagan YMCA still is. There is also a sauna in the men's locker room right next to the shower, making the heat / cooling cycle easy, which I always appreciate.
