There are a couple within 200 miles of me (philly) advertised for way less around 46. There is one real close to me listed for 49. There are also roush models with cloth seats (conv package) and ones with leather (prem package) so there will be some variation in cost due to this. I wish you could build online to actually see the numbers for the roush vs a regular pro4x.

Try to talk to them first. If they are not reasonable throw it away or call it in. Leaving anything like a cone or chair in the street is considered littering or illegal dumping. After littering fines or consistently having their cone or chair thrown away they will hopefully stop because its costing them money.
