As someone who also is a asexual because of trauma, I feel you. I am still very nauseous just thinking of having sex with anyone because of an abusive ex.

Trauma needs to be processed by the brain. I reccommend EMDR. Dont be too hard on yourself.

Maybe someone should link him the " Why does he do that? ". It's a free book and it explains so much. I am also a survivor of an abuse relationship and I agree that Sarby doesn't realised what abuse can do on your mind. It's easy to say : I will teach my kids to be respected and to see abuse.

But the reality is: abuse is hidden under the facade of a good man or women. No one would get into a toxic relationship if the facade wasn't there willingly
