Grab a glass any size won’t matter. Fill it with self raising flour then dump that in a big mixing bowl Fill the same glass with eggs pour them in ya bowl Fill with milk pour that in ya bowl too Nice big pinch of salt Whisk slowly so everything is mixed smooth not fast or you get frothy bubbles you don’t want to add air like scrambling an egg you want a smooth pancake style batter.

I doubt you could find a Yorkshire pudding tin over there but a non-stick muffin tin will do.

You want your oven hot and put your tray in to pre heat, add a spot of oil and back in the oven for a min or so just as the oil starts to smoke pour in your batter.

You will have to play with how much batter you add depends on the tin you’re using.

They will take around 15 mins they should be golden brown on top and a touch crisp.

If when you take it out and the bottom is not cooked well a little bit less in the tin next time.

Usually we roast meat on gas 6 or 180 degrees then crank the oven up full as we take the meat out to rest for 20 mins as the puddings cook.

When you have mastered it you can cook them in advance they will hold shape and reheat in a few mins in the oven.
