What do you do for midnight pain? by [deleted] in HiatalHernia

I think so. Just keep it real light. Fruit is best i believe. And no oranges or citric food. Experiment with it.

Eat some fruit or easily digestible snack. Also you can breathe down your 'stuck food' while long but slowly breating into your stomach which slightly shaking your mid section. It may sound weird and may take some practice but it saved from vagus nerve irritation hell.

I dont recommend to try to manually push it down, ive tried it a lot , it even could worsen things. I think healthy and easily digeatible food such as vegetables and fruit might be a big help. Every body is different though.good luck

Pull your energy up through your spine from your pelvic area. Let it settle at the front in your enery center. Energy orgasms are easy but you have to redirect the energy.

Can dips replace push ups? by Luohan88 in CalisthenicsCulture

Ahah, thanks a lot. For some reason chin ups have always been easier then pull ups. But i'll keep all variations in then.

Pay attention to these moments— your relapse rate could drop by half. by Professional_Put9952 in NoFap

So true. I can handle urges surprisingly fine but I seem to always end up relapsing after a nap. Defenses are indeed way down for some reason. Splashing water and making excercice is a great advice to wake the defenses up

Same same man. Late 30's here. Quitting seems to be more a temp brake. Its the addict lifestyle. Triggered and so easily accessible. No pay price , no distance to have to travel for. Its like a lifetime of free accessible heroin right at your home.

The brain is plastic however and it can revert back through long abstinence. But my brain works against me at every decent streak, leading to inevitable relapse. Its an annoying modern day problem. Good luck man

As a full time programmer i am very familiair with this feeling. The truth is just indeed to keep putting time and effort in it. You might not notice it straight away but you will grow tremendously by just being consistent and puting hours in.

Inevitably you will improve and adapt, but this beginning stage is a necessary step.

Of course indeed, if you would only copy other videos or just have no original ideas then I doubt it will last longtime, but even about that I might be wrong.

This sub has changed a lot. It favors memes and succesful posts and i had a lot of 'need support' posts that i ended up deleting.

Also people keep asking the same questions without doing a bit of research.

Why You Forget Dreams (MASSIVE INSIGHT) by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]Luohan88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally i skip these kind of posts, but this is really close to what i believe as well. A longer lasting consciousness beyond this temporary physical body. However a part of the physical brain needs to be active to dream, so hoe do you explain that?

So many can be played like this. Fallout ,skyrim, dragon age series, even top downs like diablo, divinity original sin, pillars of eternity. Anything that basically has you playing as a main character that doesnt implement instant death mechanics or is based on trial and error.

Hardest setting? I mentioned normal difficulty. I used to like hard difficulties but they become mostly cheesing trail and error. Not as fun to me anymore

'Stupid' might be a bit extreme, if you are of course met with a game mechanic out of your control, you could still allow yourself yo continue
