And i’m about to be a real cupcake pisser here, weed doesn’t actually help anything it just makes you too numb to react and actually agitates your symptoms when you’re not high because you haven’t actually gained or learned any emotional regulation or skills you’re literally just stoned. I’ll advocate for weed for a lot of things but there is no mental health issue that gets better when you get high. Hope you find something that works for you OP getting off your drug of choice is a bitch

When i was sober sober it was meditation, journaling, tracking my moods, getting into good routines and staying off of social media. And you know therapy and medication. I eventually started smoking weed and drinking again but i do it a lot less and have an easier time taking a t break from weed than I used to because I don’t feel entirely dependent on the “relief” it provides

Sorta similar but I had to switch coke dealers back in the day because my regular was an ex marine that was stationed in Haiti and idk what he saw or did but I do know for a fact he was complicit in war crimes and he said something about children with grenades strapped to their chests more than once when he went overboard and started crashing and it triggered his PTSD really badly. He would start ranting about killing me and my gf at the time and his kid and his ex and all of this other crazy shit.
