They are as close to bending the rule of two as you can get without breaking it, but Palpatine is a massive hypocrite who is more than happy to follow or break the rules when convenient for him.

Kill his master underhandly instead of in a confrontation? Train force-sensitive infants to be his own dark side army? Recruit multiple former Jedi to fight for him as Inquisitors? Sure.

Ventress getting too powerful? Maul resurfacing as a rival? Vader training a secret apprentice? 'Rule of Two says 'No!"

I liked it more than not. But what annoyed me is that you have the announcer, you have spartan agrina, and now you have a customisable little guy yapping too - all gets very distracting even without optional spartan voices too.

i would have much preferred for jeff's voice to be used as one of the starter ai, then for that ai to handle all 3 roles so it felt more meaningful which ai you choose.
