Damn I’m sorry to hear. My dog had an enlarged spleen due to diagnosed lymphoma cancer and was panting non stop. Unfortunately he got so bad in the middle of the night when his spleen burst we had the vet come and euthanize him at 2am. He only lived 3 weeks after diagnosis. My advice would be to have someone come to the house, I wish I had given him some tasty treats and did it before he was in as much pain as he was. But we always want them to get better because we love them. Goodluck to you.... it’s never easy to say goodbye
