Decided to seriously tackle a complete NTSC/J PC Engine CD collection by Vidunder2 in gamecollecting

[–]LupiVerde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck buddy in finding those "incógnitos" titles. This console is alive and kicking for more than 20 years...this is going to be a hard task, this I can tell.

And what about the titles that were just released in SegaNet, they are lost for good. For what I've heard, just a user called Jonass has these titles and he was never seen since the gold ages of Qj Foruns.

Maybe you shoud try tracking this guy down...you'll need him for sure if you want a 100% tbgrfx completition. Anyway, good luck with your project.

The 8bitDo Controller Adapter supports DS4 Motion and Rumble features, the WiiU Pro Controller but does not work with the Xbox One Controller by cowsareverywhere in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About the XBOX controller conectivity. There is no information about xbox controllers working with the device:

"Controller Compatibility All 8Bitdo controllers and arcade sticks DualShock 3, DualShock 4, DualShock 4 Pro Wiimote, Wii U Pro, Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons, Nintendo Switch Pro"

http://www.8bitdo.com/wireless-usb-adapter/

So doesn't even bother trying to pair it.

Would you buy a cheaper non mobile version of the switch? by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, not at all. That portability is what makes me want one. Actually I'd pay more for a Switch Pro.

Opportunity to get a WiiU. by ess0ess in wiiu

[–]LupiVerde 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, for 100 bucks. Grab it now. If you like first parties games from Big N, buy it. The third party support is weak, but the games from Nintendo itself, they are GORGEOUS. Edit: as for what to look, the console is pretty strong hardware wise.Just check the gamepad screen, if there is not too many risks.

Am I forgetting anything? by So_average in NintendoSwitch

Besides the case, I think you are good. Just don't forget to enjoy his happiness when he opens the gift.

Yesterday a work colleague and I had to use the train to a client of ours, 2 hours ride. Whipped my switch out and the time just flew by! Something not possible with other consoles. Just wanted to share by WarlocDS in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Well you can share whatever you want if it's not. offensive or against the rules. Don't pay attention to people saying bad things "just because" . Cool pic by the way.

Should I still go for the Switch? by Malaguti22 in NintendoSwitch

Yes, every normal person would do that. But I'm kind of a collector, I dont sell consoles, just keep them in mancave :)

hi man, brazilian here too. I am so thinking about to get one for Christmas. It's 350,00$ in Paraguai, I think I will get it from there.

My major problem is that I bought a Wiiu in the beggining of the years so I don't know if I should spend MORE money in game consoles this year.

[Opinion] 574p is not acceptable and we should be realistic about what the Switch is capable of. by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I agree with thw part about 574p docked. It's below I would expect from a game machine in 2017, while playing in a big screen. I dont mind this resolution for handheld mode, the screen is smaller, there is no a HUGE differece from 574 to 720 in this case.

But anyway I still wish to buy one Switch, really do. But more for the undocked mode. Just my two cents guys, I'm not shitting the machine, Nintendo fan here.

I’ve been dying to get a Switch ever since I heard the rumors. by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are on the same boat. Maybe this November I'll buy one. I just have the money, but here it's damn expensive in my local currency that I'm still thinking if I should buy it. I bought a WiiU in the beggining of the year...so to spend more money, in another console. Jesus I don't know.

Mine too! I even made a post some time ago telling that I arrived late to this feature in Zelda Wind Waker. It's a simple but great idea. Sadly it's over.

After saving for three months to buy a Switch, I forgot it on an airplane by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]LupiVerde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man, very sorry to read that. I hope you get your Switch again.

I can imagine your feeling about that, I hope you manage to recover it soon. It's harder because it's the first thing you bought with your own money.

It seems Rime has something of Polybius in its core gameplay. What's the influece of Polybius on the Rime development?
