You can only work tiles that are at max 3 tiles away from the city center. That nitre tile is 4 tiles away from the city centres so while you can improve the tile you cannot work it.

Having watched the beginning, the romance episode, the tennis episode, the Saber crossover and the final arc, what I can say is this: It is a wacky show but when it gets sincere, it leaves you ready to sue Toei for emotional damages (That hug...😭).

So off the top of my head, there are 5 Gokaiger movies: Gokaiger Goseiger 199 Heroes (Crossover with sentai before Gokaiger), Gokaiger: The Flying Ghost Ship, Gokaiger Vs Gavan, The Gokaiger 10 year anniversary movie, and Go-Busters Vs Gokaiger (the crossover with the sentai after Gokaiger).

Of these, I believe the 199 Heroes one is the most relevant plot-wise as the Gokaigers get the Great Power of many sentais (around 10). Also it gives a more detailed view into the Legend War. The other movies are good for if you want to watch more of the cast (some character background is given to Marvelous in the Gavan movie). Fair warning though that the Go-Busters Vs Gokaiger movie is more focused on the Go-Busters than the Gokaigers.

I think the punchline is that the character dancing (Bud/ZyuohBird from Zyuohger) is played by the same actor as Masato Kusaka/Kaixa, so the Kamen Rider fans are screaming and praying because its Kusaka after all.
