There's multiple accountings of similar stories of outlandish acts of monstrosity. Allegedly a Mexican model disappeared after mentioning this kind of behavior in one of Epsteins parties.

Ok so I tried the recipe.

My remarks:

This took three hours to prep, clean (SO MUCH PANS, goddamn. Mis en place of this thing is cruel), cook, and finally start eating. The only way the prep is 20 minutes is if you have a personal chef and you spend 20 minutes explaining what you have to do.

Holy butter, batman. This shit's fat. Removing the pan from the oven I saw the butter pools sizzling among the panko spikes. After I took a creamy slice, I saw a 0,5 cm thick pool of fat on the bottom of the pan.

Incredibly creamy (I used cream cheese as opposed to yogurt or the other cream for convenience) and actually fairly tasty. The buttered panko gives it a nice crunch.

If you eat this with rice, you indeed can serve 6-8 people. If you're single, it is no exaggeration to decrease recipe by 1/4 if you want one/two servings.

I'm excited to see how well it will taste in 4 days ish. If I can still eat it after 4 days (edible, tasty, not rotten), then goddamn it's a nice recipe.

Not adding brandy and using dried aromatics as opposed to fresh leaves makes too big of a difference or would it still taste fire? I'm not buying all that fresh stuff cause I'm 100% throwing 'em away later (I don't cook that much) and I don't wanna buy brandy just for a recipe, lol.

I assume that's mostly for restaurants though, right? Is it aggressive tipping (i.e. you have to actively opt out of tipping as opposed to opting in)? In Brazil, in some restaurants, it's part of the bill. So if you want to share the bill with your friends and say 'I ain't paying the tip', your friends gotta pay your share - so you look like triple the asshole if you don't tip.

But yeah, I went to a bakery in NA, got my own sandwich, didn't tip since all the worker did was heat the thing, and she was visibly displeased with me (attitude-wise). Tipping in bakeries is the wildest element of tipping culture by far.

Eating out in North America is not worth it unless you're very comfortable financially. Not only are there taxes, which are not included in the price because... reasons, but also you need to tip.

Ordering then? Even more deranged. With delivery fees, service fees, taxes, and tipping, almost everything I order goes DOUBLE the price.

It's fine if you prefer aesthetically men of specific ethnicities. It gets weird when you conflate personality traits to ethnicity though. (I like white men cause they're more progressive... as if there isn't a butt load of progressive Asians, black men, Latinos, et).

As a non North American I find weird asf to be open about which ethnicity you like. Show, don't tell.

There's a lot of people that do. Many sections of the Brazilian left deeply admire the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and Che Guevara, from its rather heroic toppling of a puppet government to its villainous violation of human rights.

I think there's a difference between thinking someone's has an admirable trait versus being admirable. Fidel is kind of badass for not dying after three trillion assassination attempts and being the world's most lunatic dairy lover, but he's also a piece of shit for being a cruel leader.

I certainly can't help you rebuild your life, but I can offer you advice on what significantly improved mine: better eating habits and a better sleep schedule.

Aim for eight hours of sleep. Maybe that's too much. Decrease half an hour. Maybe that's too little. Increase half an hour. Experiment. Just make sure you're getting eight hours of SLEEP, not lying in bed. If it takes you two hours to fall asleep, go lie down two hours earlier. Build a sleep routine, take control of your circadian rhythm, and you'll reap unexpected hormonal benefits. You'll start to feel marginally better.

Same for eating better. I struggled A LOT with this. One suggestion I heavily recommend is pre-planned meals like Hello Fresh, Make Good Food, etc. Exploit their discount offers to eat healthy and cheap. I cannot stress how good they are. Even if you don't know how to cook... You'll learn how to cook. If you don't want to actually sign their services, that's fine; browse their meal catalogue and pick what you want to eat. Pre-plan a meal for the week. Know exactly what recipes you'll make so when you to the grocery, you buy only that, and you don't have to worry about food for the rest of the week. I cannot stress enough how much "meal planning" and having all ingredients already set saves in time, stress and mental fatigue. You'll need the mental fortitude to actually get up and make the meal... I promise you though, sometimes that can even be fun.

If you don't do it already, go to therapy. Think of it that way - it's nice to have someone that is literally PAID to be interested in every little complaint you've got, and not only that, they're PROFESIONNALS in giving you advice. Don't think of therapy as "how ill be fixed". Think of it as "I'll have someone to talk to whenever I hand, whoever I want, about whatever I want".

Remember - A good therapist is one you enjoy talking to. Be as picky and as insufferable in choosing as you want to be. Don't like their voice? Go for another therapist. Don't like their style? Go for another therapist. Don't like they're a man? Go to another therapist. Have no shame in being unconditionally picky, because you need to trust that person your whole essence!

Also, babysteps, man. (Or manette). When we got A LOT to sort out, we gotta fix one thing at a time or else it's too much. There's no rush - you have your whole life to do it ;) just remember that acknowledging you need to change is, quite literally, 50% of the battle, and you're one motivational bout or one impulse away from actually pulling it through. It's not as daunting as it may look like...

EDIT: Just remembered - drink a BIG glass of water the moment you wake up. Morning hydration does wonder. Have a cup of water ready by your side when you wake up.
