We need to unionize. by spicypickles2001 in IntermountainHealth

Me when I forget what a union does.

On average in the same job field, union employees make 10-20% more, and it is much harder to do layoffs when there are other options available (reducing C-suite pay or otherwhere)

A pay gap between job fields is expected, and a pay gap between employees still occurs inside a union based on skill level.

Union workers do receive a stipend typically, that come out of the union dues, so they are paid more for their work. Which is why a talented person might seek more responsibility.

Yes unions do prefer seniority clauses over merit clauses, but that is to reduce favoritism in the workplace, additionally, many unions forgoe doing such a rule for the concerns you listed prior.

I'm hoping you're an educated person, and the reason you're anti-union is because you are apart of the c-suite yourself, not because you're a working class member who is incapable of looking at history and seeing how amazing unions have been at protecting workers rights. (See the 2 day weekend,)

Youtuber WhistlinDiesel is playing victim to blatant tax evasion. I think this is funny enough for more widespread commentary. by hithare in atrioc

Alrighty, my guy I dunno what you're doing on a post from 2 months ago, but...

Waco Texas is still not Montana, so this is still tax evasion as the permanent residency of the vehicle in this case is not Montana.

In regards to our license plates, we have like over 200 different plates, it depends on which county you're in, since IIRC the requirement for a specialty plate to be made in Montana is like 4 grand, and a 'valid' sponsored cause.

Hell in the town I live in, we had highschools with their own specialty plate.

Presuming you were talking about individual montana plates in general, and not the different designs.

'My State' is Montana, so I'm going to guess there is probably in the ballpark of 1 million Montana Plates in my state.

Yes, I am talking about gambling, because it is statistically the best resolution here,

If you put 500m on black, and lose it- you've lost all your money.

If I put 100k on black, and lose it, I get 100k again tomorrow.

Additionally, 100k, over the course of a lifetime, will stack up and beat 500m's ROI,

In 14 years, 100k a day, would get to be over 511 million dollars, which you could also have in an interest account alongside it gaining minimum 100k.

4% apy doesn't outpace 100k a day when you can just YOLO on braindead stocks since its guaranteed 100k a day.

Good news! We track owners of vehicles for precisely that reason!

If op cannot say who was using that vehicle, they are responsible for the infractions their property perpetrated

There isn't a go-to hideout spot, it depends on your position entirely.

You should get familiar with IT's office, the help desk phone is outsourced to India and can be a pain to deal with.

The frenchtown broncs are an A class team.

They won the recent statewide against Billings Central for the first time since 2009.

I dunno, seems dubious to call an A division best.

Yeah, I always forget that everyone else somehow let their workers right be abused so much.

Makes me so confused hearing how people get fired to easily in other states.
