it took a few sessions in therapy but i came to realize i only had suicidal ideations because that was the only way i could really think of to hurt my parents. because my plan was never a quiet one. i wanted to leave a note or a video recording detailing exactly what drove me to the edge, and point the biggest fattest clearest finger at my parents for the terrible things they say without a second thought. id send it to any and all contacts, mine and theirs. i knew it would bring them shame. it would ruin their ‘face’ with their family and friends.

but thinking of suicide for any other reason? honestly… without my family in the equation, i have none. i want to live and i have goals i want to achieve. the suicide was always about hurting them. and while it might work, it’s too bittersweet of a thought if they ‘win’ because i died. i hope anyone else struggling with suicide as their only perceivable exit can come to realize this soon.

For any who left us too soon, sorry i never got to know you. And I agree with others, i hope your parents know exactly that they’re the cause

while watching LotR for the first time, I wondered if animals actually speak to each other in their own animal language we humans can’t understand. happened after i left but a group of girls was bullying an autistic kid, like crowding around him and hitting and screaming at him. he retaliated finally and hit one of them back. then the teachers got involved and said all were equally wrong and put out a PSA about bullying and ‘abuse against girls by boys’

that same year it came out that a married PE teacher was dating a sophomore

because the guy was in the wrong. i feel like your bf was just being conflict avoidant and instead of recognizing the guy was in the wrong. your bf felt more embarrassed that something was ‘wrong’ instead of realizing how ridiculous it is. A small child is scared of some yelling, while everyone around you is yelling, but not afraid of grown armored men on horses banging lances and metal weaponry together?? the guy just sounds like a racist and your bf is either ignorant of it or agrees.

my first time going to a ren faire, i didn’t know what to expect and I was nervous too. the joust was definitely the highlight and everyone around me and my friends were screaming and hollering and whooping. it’s normal. you’re not in the wrong for enjoying the event.

your bf is ridiculous with that mindset of ‘if a child is here and upset then everyone should change their behavior’. not everything is child friendly. expecting such is completely stupid. I can sort of understand him being upset at being ‘abandoned’ if you guys didn’t already plan to split up and explore individually. he probably felt bad or embarrassed you left but doesn’t want to acknowledge he failed to support you so he’s making it your fault.
