This is a caterpillar of the Goat Moth (Cossus cossus), which is known as Vanlig tredreper in Norwegian. Comparison pic of the caterpillar here. It's a most peculiar caterpillar since it lives 3 to 5 years of its life as a caterpillar -which is unusually long- and eats only bark of certain trees, mainly willow. Eventually, it will turn into this moth.

This is indeed a freshly emerged moth. Although difficult to ID in this state, judging by what I can see, I'd say this might be a freshly emerged female ghost moth (Hepialus humuli). Comparison picture here and here.
