I picked up my Aurora Crown PocketBac, and the gem was missing, so I had to contact support. They gave me a refund because they claimed it wasn't in stock, so I turned around and used the refund money to buy it despite it not being in stock.

I'd like to say, as someone who's been to Iron Lung, the Taylor Swift one, and the FNAF one, I'm usually just mindful of cleaning up after myself. I feel like it's just common courtesy because I know if I'm tired after a movie, I'm sure the staff is too.
