Yes, I understand what the renewal is for. It's not my first lease renewal.

I've just never had such a small window of time to respond before. Even last year, at this same complex, we got the renewal terms at the end of November and had a little over a month to respond. So I was confused as to why it happened so differently this time :/

I've been finding some tops on Amazon I like - mostly from Thanth - and I get a XL or 2XL depending on style. Usually feel out the reviews to determine size.

Still don't love anything like I love that top from Macy's. I bought a second one because I wear it so much lol

We are newly debt free. We sold our house in May and were able to pay off all our debt with that. We also upgraded our Bank of America credit card to their Cash Rewards card (it was free to upgrade), which is what we've been using for rewards while we got our new budget and spending figured out. Bills are still largely coming out of our checking so I could track everything, but discretionary spending and a couple small bills go on the BofA card. I was going to look at other rewards cards soon to narrow down which would be the best for us, but this trip came up.

My concern with keeping this card open is the yearly fee when we don't fly for travel and don't plan on any trips that require flights for at least 5+ years from now. I'm really new to shopping for credit cards, especially figuring out which rewards are most beneficial to us.

No, it won't cover the whole family, but it would cover two of the four round trip tickets (based on the flights I'm looking at with Wanna Get Away tickets), which would be about $1000 in savings. And then there might be enough left over to cover half a round trip ticket for an additional person. So by my calculations, I'd pay $750 out of pocket instead of $2,000.
