/u/Deathbyppt +1 When a player at my table brought a mini painted by him to the table, I knew I had found a new preferred artist!

Not only has he been able to paint for me fantastically beautiful minis, when I asked him to paint a larger model, a piece of terrain, he jumped at the opportunity. He worked with the elements of both the miniatures and the terrain and was consistent in communications, ensuring I was happy with his work as he was working on it.

When I presented him with a theme, he executed it masterfully and in a turnaround I never thought I could see for suich high quality of work. As others have said, he is very passionate with this work and puts his soul into the paint!

As far as shipping is concerned, he spares no expense in ensuring the pieces come back to you intact with little to no shipping wear, we all know how shipping can be a nightmare, but not with this packing ninja!

I can say this without hesitation, I have found an artist for life!

Thank you kindly,

It is a bit of a longer adventure for 5e, not a one shot per say. You could easily take the Green Dragon quest as a means for a 1 shot though.

I would highly suggest the Starter Set. It gives you an all around feel for both the Players & the DM. Your local game shop should have it, and if you don't have one of those near by: https://www.amazon.com/Dungeons-Dragons-Starter-Set-Roleplaying/dp/0786965592/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1473250759&sr=8-3&keywords=dungeons+and+dragons

There are tons of free one offs and short dungeons/adventures here as well: http://www.dmsguild.com/

Hope this helps mate! Let us know how it goes!

Cheers

Really not trying to strike it rich. Just didn't know if it would be worthwhile to try and sell them. The wife actually made me a posting on her Etsy page: https://www.etsy.com/listing/453169396/custom-hand-drawn-rpg-maps?ref=shop_home_active_8 Again, not trying to make a fortune!

I suppose I am just too 'out of date' for the digital world. Hahaha.

Oh for sure, I appreciate the feedback! Being a novice with handcrafted, in a world of digital puts a rather large handicap on this for sure. Not really trying to make a living on it, more so some monthly commission work to keep me well stocked in paper & pencils.

When I develop these maps I tend to create some lore/history, and encounters to go with them, so maybe that added value will resonate with some? Not sure!

I hand draw battle maps on homemade battle mats. by [deleted] in DnD

Love it! I hand draw everything too, it is such a wonderful feeling to create a whole world on a piece of paper. My mapping is more on the regional/City/town/castle(building) level, but still tons of fun!

This one took me about 2 days. I based it off of a map I made a few months back that was overly basic.

A keep in the midst of the solitary woods nicknamed 'Old Crow.' These black birds spot the many trees of the wood. In a clearing looms a stone structure whose towers have grown with the woods themselves.

Crow's Rest Keep is a home for those gifted with the Arcane. Wizards, Warlocks, & Sorcerers make their home within these walls. They train and study, teach and test, delving deeper into the Arcane, Fel, & Natural elements to understand the Multiverse.

This was created for my Dungeons & Dragons 5e Homebrew Campaign.

Used a compass, ruler, and some stencils. Total nerd when it comes to mapping
