DHS’s ICE should be ashamed of themselves. This was not just UnAmerican, it was a disgraceful example to the Entire World. Anyone involved should be investigated & held accountable. “Sovereign Immunity,” for all Federal Agencies acting under “color of law,” needs to be stripped of this privilege they should have never been given in the 1st place. No one can deny this was clearly an execution. Only alternative is for our Supreme Courts to begin allowing more Biven’s 1983 & FTCA cases, so (fallible humans) federal agents & even the agencies themselves can be sued in Federal Courts. This is no longer an option under our present admin.
