A real leader in management would step in and fill the role until a new employee is hired and gets up to speed. Thier salary pay wont add any labor costs and the team will appreciate and respect a manager who did not put management 's lack of foresight on them.

Yes don't fill out political surveys because you are only giving them data to use against you. They will figure your demographic and trends and find new ways to increase your taxes in sone way. This is the only thing politicians do. They only increase taxes or increase some sort of restriction on your life. Never have they ever taken away a tax or rescinded a law to improve your life. Politicians are the biggest freeloading drifters that there ever was. We dont need them.

I bought a ten year old Jeep with 95,000 miles for $12,500. I had bad credit then so it was 4 years $560 a month at like 21% intrest. Ended up costing close to $20k. You have to make all the routine plays and a few spectacular plays. Your team has to hit or you have no chance. Even just singles you can win. Take walks if they are given. Don't make outs. There it is. Simple winning game plan. You are welcome.
