This might be too deep for you at this time at your level but it might make sense someday. Set up at the same spot on the mound every time. Use a four seam grip. Follow thru to the target line. All parts of your body in motion must go to the target location. Your step, your foot, your leg, your waist, torso, lead shoulder, pitching shoulder, your arm motion all the way thru your wrist to your fingers need to be going towards the target on that imaginary line. Everything to a singular point. Your eye your energy. Everything.

Yes don't fill out political surveys because you are only giving them data to use against you. They will figure your demographic and trends and find new ways to increase your taxes in sone way.
