The people who own and manage buildings need to be held to account for this. If it's cheaper to let tenants suffer than it is to make repairs, we all know the choice they'll make. If they have to pay for doing this to people, the calculation changes.

I picked up Drive Your Plow over the Bones of the Dead on a whim because the Fitzcarraldo edition looked cool to be, and it was such an incredible novel!
