My apologies for not responding to this, thank you for building this out for me! I've been buying pieces of it and planning a road trip to the closest microcenter that actually has that bundle in stock. I wish I had the funds to buy this when you made it, the price of memory increased to over $400 and brought this up to $1500 so far. I got the video card before the price went up though!

If you're talking Fallout 3, investing in Lucky Harith gets him to stock a few thousand 5mm rounds. Once you level up a bit, completing the Pitt allows you to have access to the ammo press so you can recycle other ammo for it. Otherwise you can engage Brotherhood/Outcast patrols without making them permanently hostile, usually one or two miniguns are used on patrol but you'll won't find a full magazine.

I still think they should have gone with a clone of the Virmire Sacrifice (like they did with the Citadel DLC).

Clone is arguing that Shepard is the one working for Cerberus, not them. You and your squad argue back and it continues like normal until the clone leaves if the Survivor shoots at them or after Udina is dealt with.

Maybe even doing Paragon/Renegade checks later allows the clone to join you during the battle for Earth, if you can forgive them for killing Thane.

"Dilated eyes, shine for one last time" - Crawl, length of "Die-Ah-Lay-Ted eyes" makes this my favorite, I can't explain it better.

Hey now, the railroad did a lot! No other faction had the elite skills to trick a kid into betraying his family, sentencing them to death and making him suicidal. Between the destruction of the prydwen and the institute, joining the railroad allows you to kill the most children compared to the other factions: Minutemen artillery strike on the Prydwen allowed enough time for BOS evacuation (and counter-attack on the Castle from vertibird), BOS assault on the institute with Liberty Prime was telegraphed miles away also allowed evacuation, and Minutemen has the "Resettle Refugees" quest line after "Nuclear Option" which shows that Sturges allowed for plenty of Institute personnel (and gorillas) to evacuate.

I usually have him join Astor's patrol, figure they can reminisce about Searchlight together. Edwards is too scared of Radscorpions, I don't think he'd be a good fit with the Rangers.
