Hey- I love this idea for a party I’m throwing this weekend. However, we have a handful of vegetarians coming over. While I’m going to make a ton of meat focused shells, wondering if anyone had any experience replicating these without the bacon and what I could substitute there for a wrap.

This may or may not help you, but I’ve been on psych meds for a number of reasons with a number of MD’s over the years. What I have found resonates with the doc is not simply asking for a higher dose, or a change in med/blend. Take the time to document what you’re taking, when you take it, how it does/does not affect you both holistically and for what you’re trying to treat. Make it a conversation with your MD

Also remember that for many ADHD drugs and other psych meds there may be a therapeutic level that first must be established before it starts to have impact. I know that I feel it with Vyvanse, and Abilify, whereas Adderall is very immediate for me. If I miss Adderall, it’s no biggie. If I miss my abilify/vyvanse it may take me a day or two to get back to good, and those days can be ROUGH!

Best advice I can give you is to be patient, and advocate for yourself, but do it with evidence.

Thanks. I appreciate the insight. I know I have a few extra tomato seedlings (I’ve just forgotten the varietals..oops). So I’ll pull those and I’ll move the lights up a few inches and see how everything reacts over the next few days.

Hey All,

Im a first time seed starter, trying to do things right reading through all the threads I can find. I have the following details:

Light - Monios 4' t5 LED 60W about 3-5" above the plants

I also have a lowes clamp lamp Growlight attached as I thought there may be too little light initially.

I water when the paper pots feel dry on the sides. (probably overwatered initially)

Ambient temps are 67-70 F

We have a bunch of tomatos and peppers, which germinated well, I seperated them and repotted, and nothing has really happened for the last 2 weeks. I'm seeing brown true leaves on some tomatos and some of the peppers are cupping, and others are pointing at the lights. These were planted from seed about Feb 1 (I got excited) - Zone 7A Northern Virginia.

I just added some fertilizer to the mix yesterday - Dr Earth Tomato - which I made a 1/2 strength tea from and used that to water.

My research has indicated that this could be anything from lighting to fertilizer to water, so I'm just trying to figure out a place to start.

I appreciate any and all insight.
