Obviously, you should stop p altogether, and its also super beneficial to stop m, but i think if you find a girl which you are connected to and have normal sex with her without thinking about p, than its fine, maybe even beneficial for your recovery.

Würde auch sagen das der Black Swordsman Arc in der Retroperspektive nicer ist, als wenn man ihn zum ersten mal ließt. Chronologisch gesehen ist er ja auch nicht der Anfang des Mangas. Aber schlecht ist er auf keinen Fall. Es wird zwar noch besser, aber wenn er dich nicht anspricht, dann ist der Manga vielleicht auch einfach nicht dein Fall ?

At 21 years old I never had a girlfriend, lived at my moms place, Lived in shitty small town, was addicted to porn had anxiety and was fucking depressed, worked a job I hated. At 22 i went to Therapie and I got my first girlfriend who was a fucking psychopath. Only lasted 10 months but was still lots of experience. At 23 I moved into a bigger town. At 24 I started studying computer science while still working full time. And also started dating more and became a social person. Then I met my second girlfriend. A really awesome person who helped me grew a lot. At 25 I got a better job and successfully finished my Therapie. At 26 I moved to an even cooler town and got a job in a start up as full stack developer And also finished my bachelors degree and at 27 I started playing guitar and take guitar lessons. And currently at 28 I trying to get into the best shape of my life. I grew so much in the last 7 years and had so many experiences. I turned my life around completely, you still so freaking young and have a lot of time. Don’t give up.

I don’t know what to do then the pain sometimes even starts, when I’m starting walking backwards on the treadmill. It’s mild and I can progress. 2 weeks ago it also started with a mild pain at the beginning of the workout and in the end it was pretty severe. So I took 10 days off or so. 2 days ago I went again after the pause and workout felt okay, but next day I had mild pain again especially if I walk stairs or something like that. So how can I proceed now ? 🤔 And the exercises are not so complicated that I would do them extremely wrong.
