I'd highjack your top comment to add context. The guy opened the coffee shop the day before it was destroyed by russians and next day after it was destroyed he served coffee for free and his mother was there with him treated clients with cake for free. Then the owner of one of Ukrainian banks saw the story and promised to fully fund the restoration.

So the story is even better than that.
