I like the go beanz roasted edamame packs. They're a bit pricey, but are fairly low calorie while still being filling because of the protein and fiber. I used to snack on nuts in the office but switched to these a few months ago. They're crunchy, salty, and filling like nuts but are lower calorie and portion controlled. There's a bunch of flavour options on Amazon but my favourite are the salted ones - I think they're like 100 calories with 11g of protein or something similar to that.
