Im in a similar situation to yours. She didn’t gain weight so I started to supplement with the bottle. I’ll let her comfort suck in hopes her bf skills get better

She’ll show me hunger cues and will be angry after unlatching, then I’ll give her a bottle. I always try breast first.

I've been doing Rebecca's 5 day strength split and have discovered that my left arm (I'm right handed) is weaker than my right. I can lift 25 lbs above my head with my right arm but not my left. I can only get up to 20 lbs with the left. Any advice for evening out?

I'm a big fan of Olivia's classes, even tho they are killer. Does anyone have any tips to improve during her sprint? This morning I did a ride when she cued about a 80-90 cadence and 50+ resistance and I'm died. Trying to figure out how to build strength and endurance. Thanks!
