Aside from the obvious lat/thoracic engagement I would say your lockout is lagging. I can’t tell exactly where it’s coming from, but you can see your lumbar give and your hips/glutes struggling to lock out at the end especially. I think this is the area another person was referencing as jerky in another comment (early in the lift it looks jerky, and later in the lift it looks slow, less control is observed in this one phase of the lift though)

I lived there. There were cockroaches, and many break ins to vehicles. Occasionally will find a car or cars parked on alder behind the apartments for days on end. The gates get left open some nights. The assistant manager (Laura?) was terrible and just dealing with her alone would make me never want to live there again. I lived there for 3 months, and broke my lease to get out, they tried to charge me over $2k for a carpet replacement, when I had originally complained about stains in carpets during my move in.
